Chase-puppy is in Corpus Cristi with Sherri. She just called to tell me he took Best of Breed for two more points and Best Cardigan Puppy. Now he’s up to seven points with one major. GO, CHASE-PUPPY! I’ll report on the Group competitions when I hear from Sherri later today.
ADDING ON: Chase took a puppy group II. The adult group had some heavy-duty contenders in it, but our kid showed well. I’m proud of him.

My youngest brother Tony lives in Louisiana where he and his wife Marie have built a self-sustaining home. It’s made mostly of re-cycled materials, has no air-conditioning, uses collected rainwater. They also run St. Martin Humane Center (though the PBS story doesn’t show their dog set-up). As a nation, we’d better learn to live “greener” because we are running out of resources.

I am past sixty-five and still practicing law. I have two terrific sons, they have lovely wives, and I have one truly special granddaughter. At home are three Cardigan Welsh Corgis that amuse and challenge me. We participate in lots of dog-related activities. I love my camera, writing, and roaming.
