I just received the email report from DDC (vetdnacenter). I had submitted a Chase bucal swab to find out if he carried the “e” color gene which is a dilute. The results of the DNA test shows he is EE, so does not carry the dilute. He’ll not produce pinks or apricots even if bred to a girl that does carry the “e” gene.
His preliminary results for hips (“good”) and elbows (“normal”) were posted on the OFA website today. This is a really nice way to end the week!
