The Sixth Photo

December 16, 2008

Laura M tagged me.  My assignment, if I chose to accept it, was to open the sixth photo file on my computer and select the sixth photo, post it, and tell the story behind it.  It turns out to be timely and definitely my pleasure to do just that.  I tag Tony from Tasmania and Jim Viscosi (DennistheVizsla’s dada) to follow the same procedure.

This is my granddaughter Adrienne on Christmas Eve.  She was only a month over two years old.  The child was bald until she was about four, but had that great smile.  She loved her M & M bear.  Now she’s seven and loves Hannah Montana (Is that “Miley Papyrus?” — “Oh, Grandma, you know that’s not her name.”).  She is my greatest joy — you cannot imagine how happy I was to see that this was the sixth photo in my file.  Merry Christmas, everyone . . . and I love you, Adrienne.

  1. Very cute! I’ll have to see what I come up with …

  2. Tony says:

Yes I’ll accept the challenge, but at the moment I can’t post anything on my blog, not even a comment or change anything from the dashboard, I fear something has gone wrong, hope I don’t have to delete & start over as this happened once before & that was the only thing I could do about it…..

    Great picture!! Grandkids are wonderful!!
