The Dink is seven years old today. She’s been an “only” dog for the past two weeks and has two more weeks of relative heaven before Chase is home. She REALLY likes being an “only” dog. For her birthday, I thought I’d torture her by putting her in a pool chair. Inca had her own pretty blue lei. We tried the hat on, but it covered most of her face, so it ended up hanging on the back of the chair. I didn’t fill the baby pool because it’s quite cool today — right around 70 degrees. Our funny red girl — she HATES the camera. I put the setting on motorized shutter release so I might get one photo in which she didn’t look abused. Oh, well! I love this little girl and hope she’s with us for at least seven more years. Thank you, Carolyn for trusting me with her. She sends birthday greetings to Megan and Denzil and Cenny, and her other siblings.
Happy 7th Birthday cute Inca girl!
Love you, Dinca.
Happy Birthday Red Girl!
I was just over on Denzil’s blog wishing him happy birthday too – didn’t realize he had a sister in our blogosphere!
Awww, and I remember seeing “Squeeker” as an itty bitty puppy! her litter was the very first Cardigan litter I’d ever seen! All my love to my favorite Dinka-doodle… and her littermates too! 🙂 *hugs*
Happy Birthday! And isn’t it funny that my red dog doesn’t like the camera either?
Happy Birthday Inca!! Who knew two special dogs (you and Oliver) had birthdays so close together!!
Happy Birthday Dinka! Cenny sends birthday woofs from his new home.
Denzil and I send birthday wishes! Here’s to many more wonderful years!
Happy Birthday!!
I must chuckle that it is cool at 70 there. Now when it is 70 here, Miss Snickers insists that you fill her kiddie pool or she will attempt to swim in the water buckets.
Darling, darling……what she does for her mom, huh?
Happy Birthday Inca. You don’t look a day over 3. Have a relaxing day by the pool, a drink and a treat. We are barking our birthday song to you-can you hear us? Magic, Grace, Siren and Peace
Happy Birthday, Inca!
:o)
