I am past sixty-five and still practicing law. I have two terrific sons, they have lovely wives, and I have one truly special granddaughter. I think we have a “broom” relation in CA. Although, ours is called Scottish Broom, and it’s a bane to ranchers and farmers. It’s very prolific. We let it grow wild around the house because of the way it smells….it’s heaven!
Exactly…….ours in WA state is called Scotch broom. It’s beautiful and dreaded by the allergy sufferers. It grows everywhere and the noxious weed people mow it and mow it and it keeps coming back.
Ooops, the CA Broom IS Scotch Broom. My mistake.I’ll take it over star thistle anyday!
