Early this morning Phoebe’s boyz celebrated a one week birthday. I was not awake to party with them. I made up for it this morning by trimming their razor-sharp front toenails. They are very active (that’s code for difficult to hold on to for toenail clipping). Note the black coming in on their little pink noses.

I am past sixty-five and still practicing law. I have two terrific sons, they have lovely wives, and I have one truly special granddaughter. At home are three Cardigan Welsh Corgis that amuse and challenge me. We participate in lots of dog-related activities. I love my camera, writing, and roaming. Alden, you might see if you can get a twofer and take Ian. If he and Fig are going to track as well, he might enjoy the seminar a lot!

Oh…I do think this is one of nicest photos I’ve seen (Phebes and the Chebes), very sweet. Phoebe is a good mom!
Alden just mentioned that she may be coming to my area for a tracking seminar on Oct. 10-11. I might try to go too, as I am interested on Sage’s behalf. There have been a couple of instances recently where he’s shown some natural ability for tracking and I’d like to learn more about what is involved.
