The Cannons have left Phoenix and are heading toward southern New Mexico where they will mess around for a few days and then they’ll be driving to Albuquerque. I feel like Simon LeGre as I (strongly) urge my construction people on to get everything in place by Wednesday afternoon. If that really happens, then I will put kitchen stuff away on Wednesday night, and Thursday afternoon my friend Barb will tackle the house cleaning. (You know, our dogs are absolutely useless around the house?) Wednesday Inca will get a bath and serious combing because she is shedding great clumps of that never-ending red hair.
I’ve not had time to plan anything, but we’ll figure it out as we go . . . I think they’re crossing the border now . . . they’re coming to get ya Feebs . . . I’m going to padlock Holmes to a wall because someone might try to steal him.
You better watch out cuz I think those Cannon’s WOULD take Holmes! They tried to keep my Zoe…..Tom was the instigator there!
When ever you get tired of Zoe, she can come to Orygun again. She is the sweetest dog.
Even though she’s not a puppy . . .
Hey — maybe I can sneak in when nobody’s looking (with all the excitement, who would notice?) and snag that little baddog all by myself. Ya think? 🙂
There were talks of smuggling away with Piper… I think they’re jonesing for a puppy if you ask me 😉 Carolyn and I were talking about how I could possibly make her a blue Phoebe grand-daughter… 🙂
Make sure you put an alarm system on Holmes… they have puppy fever! 😉
I didn’t have anything planned either, and going by the seat of our pants worked here… I hope it works out as well (if not better) for you guys there! 🙂
And with any luck, I’ll get a visit on the return trip so I can see my favorite Phoebe! 🙂
I’m sure it will be a fun visit — as long as there’s wine & good company, what else do you need?
