Planning Waaaay Ahead

The 2013 CWCCA  National Specialty will be in Tucson, hosted by the Southwest Cardigan Fanciers.  We have tried before and been given short shrift by the Board of Directors, but this year a splendid bid package put together by Karen Harbert, Jennifer Roberson, and Darci Long was selected.  The host hotel is the Doubletree-Reid Park.  There will be no limit on number of dogs per room and no pet deposit.  The per night rate will be the same as this year’s rate in Houston.  There will be no tracking test at the 2013 National — simply not doable in Tucson (bummer).

So all of us Southwest Fanciers are excited about putting on the very best National that anyone can remember attending — ever.

    Tom says maybe we’ll even take the trailer for this one.

    Hmm, 2.5 years. Who knows, maybe I won’t even have the day job by then.

    Ok, so that’s unlikely . . . that I’ll be retired that is . . .

    Excited because by then I will only be one state away…..AND have a Cardigan (since she comes home tomorrow!)
