Susan just couldn’t wait. With big brother Kearney for moral support out they went to the duck house. Lowri says, “Okay, I’ll try this.” Maybe it would be good to wait until Lowri is as big as her ducks.

I am past sixty-five and still practicing law. I have two terrific sons, they have lovely wives, and I have one truly special granddaughter. At home are three Cardigan Welsh Corgis that amuse and challenge me. We participate in lots of dog-related activities. I love my camera, writing, and roaming. We generally test our puppies on ducks (much bigger ducks in the past) at about eight weeks. We check out their general interest level and then they don’t actually get reintroduced until much later. I was very pleased with her interest with the ducks. I think she will be a herding dog down the road!

Look at the confidence Lowri is showing! She’s out in front of her supporter, Kearney, approaching the funny smelling/looking critters! That’s an AWESOME introduction! Whoo-hoo! A herdin’ we will go!
