  1. It’s About Those National Photos

    April 28, 2011 by myeye

I have been stalking the National photog’s web site — checking for the rest of the photos — three or four times a day.  Yes, I want to see Chase’s photos, but I am also mentally moving the deadline for the Bulletin.  For those of you who don’t know how the Bulletin gets to your mailbox, it’s via my computer.  Some people have the software (or think they do) to create their own ads.  Those are electronically sent to me and often I can simply plop them onto a page in the master for this issue, but by far the greater number of ads are built right here in “River City”.  That cannot occur until people receive their photos and forward them to me with the words they want to say.  I can do nothing without the photos.  Nothing has been posted on the photographers web site since April 23rd.  We are still missing the non-regular and bitch classes and Best of Breed.  Folks have been pretty good about reserving pages, but I cannot get started on the ads without the darned photos.  Perhaps if the time-eating trial was not still looming, I would not feel so antsy.

I already have two very interesting articles — they are ready to go, and one of the judges has already provided the critique.  However the bulk of time devoted to the Bulletin is in creating the advertisements for Club members.
