Nola graduated from her STAR Puppy Class, joining her sister Smooch as a real STAR (Daddy would be so proud). In honor of her graduation, I gave Nola a bath. Once she was clean and groomed, we needed photographs because she is seldom clean — her life is the back-40. So, I twisted a bunch of arms with varying results. Finally, I got the training club’s sole junior handler to take a photo and then to stack Nola so I could take photos. He’s never shown a table dog, so we didn’t get her stretched out much and he held the treat too far back so her head profile isn’t showing. Anyway — I just wanted everyone to see how she’s growing up. She turned six months old on April 20th. I’m happy with her body, and her attitude is to die for. Yep, she’s a STAR!

Well, I guess Nola wanted to graduate today! Yay Nola! She’s looking very nice and I love how they fling themselves at people. So happy, happy, happy….
She is a pretty girl. Very striking coloring, too! The Trio congratulate her on her STAR-dom.
What a strikingly pretty puppy! Can’t wait to hear how she does at the shows. Speaking of which, how did Smooch do her first time out yesterday? I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting to hear!
Chase not only makes beautiful kids, but friendly kids too! I can only imagine Nola and Nick in the same vicinity with a bunch of kids!
