I’m Just a Puppy & I Forget (Sky is for Sandy & Taryn)

April 4, 2011

Nola had been staying in the yard, but she forgot why.  Oops!  This time I had to back her out, one elbow at a time, then tell her to wait while I got the key to unlock the gate.  She looked a little sheepish.

Ummm.  I think I might be stuck

See, my rear won’t come through

So, will you help me?

I’m a Puppy and I just forgot

Meanwhile, the sky was stunning — a perfect red backdrop for a little red puppy.

By the way, I do no enhancing on the sky photos.  I re-size them to fit on the blog, but the colors?  That’s the way they come.

  1. Dawn says:

    OOPS! Get the crisco.

  2. Builder Mama says:

Um, Nola? How hard was your hooman laughing when she was taking your picture?

  3. Taryn says:

Thanks for another gorgeous sky! Does the sun ever set without the pretty fanfare?

  4. Cheryl says:

That’s okay, Nola, anybody could make that mistake. I often forget the size of MY hips, too! BUT you look beautiful in the photos!

  5. Elizabeth says:

Nola is just so gorgeous – even with a gate stuck to her rear!

  6. Nola says she remembers that she USED to be be able to go through, and she needs to keep testing, to see if the current inability is temporary….

  7. Jean from NM says:

Poor little red baby. . .

  8. C-Myste says:

“Does this make my butt look big?”

  9. Oh my goodness wot a predikamint yoo ar in Nola. Woz it hard for Missus Penni to get yoo owt of thair. Yoo kood hav been stuk foreva wot is a long tym. And in ansa to the preevyus comment, I hayt to say it but yes yor butt duz look big in that

  10. Lani says:

Poor Miss Nola. Of course she looks unphased. I’m glad you were able to get her out without cutting your lovely metal fence!

  11. Kathy M. says:

Ok, so I’m stuck in this gate and all my mom can do is take pictures of the sunset…go figure! 🙂

    • myeye says:

Nola has a rotten mom with screwed up priorities who feeds her very well, takes her places and loves her to pieces.

  12. Jenn says:

Hmmmm, I don’t think there’s any question that Nola is her momma, Leidy’s, child. And, there’s a reason that Leidy is also known as, “the Criminal.” She forgot lots of stuff as a puppy (ok, so that lasted until she was at least 3 and she continues to have flash-backs), too. Good girl, Nola. At least you waited for rescue. Hugs.
