Trying to Catch Up

April 19, 2011

I made it home by noon on Sunday.  I brought with me what I thought was an awful upper respiratory infection.  The doctor says it is allergies, however.  In any case, my head hurts and I am all plugged up.  My voice sounds terrible.  People hearing me talk, clutch their throats.  I’m on a steroid throat spray and nose spray.  Tylenol for the headache.  I have lots of catch up at work and very little ambition.  The murder trial begins May 9th with Dateline filming it.  I need to get my act together so I sound organized and well-prepared for the cameras — more importantly, I must be organized and well prepared for my client.

The baddogs were glad to have me home.  They’ve been bopping through the house, making periodic fly-bys to tell me they love me.  I definitely missed them.

More when I can breathe.  I am still contemplating our National Specialty results in awe.  Chase is back in Tennessee looking forward to providing for a new girlfriend.

Allergies are horrible. So sorry you’re having to go through that. Good luck on the case.

The law junkie in me wants to fly out for the trial! I will be looking forward to that episode on Dateline.

Allergies suck. We switched up Monkey’s medicine just because this year was bad and apparently he is too accustomed to the meds we’d been using. Sigh.

Yuck. Phooey. Sure hope you’re feeling better soon. Maybe some day we’ll get rain and it’ll wash the pollen out of the air.

  5. Hope you are feeling better!
