After all the searching and worrying, Finn is home. Today Vicki (his owner) was driving to the Farmers’ Market to post flyers and the dog ran across the street in front of her car. It was about a block from where the searchers were yesterday. Can you imagine? It took a little work to get a leash on him, but he’s at home and I would suspect being seriously loved upon.
I cannot even begin to find the right words to thank the many, many people who helped with this search — walking the streets, putting up flyers, getting the word out. Thanks so much to The Daily Corgi and Corgi Pals and all you other bloggers who let people know that this 14-month old boy had gone walkabout.
OMG, I barely believe it. That’s GREAT!
What great news, and what a relief for all involved.
Watson sends Father’s Day greetings to daddy Chase.
I kept looking for updates – thank goodness he is safe and sound!
Nick hopes Chase is having a very happy Father’s Day! He is currently on his 972nd nap of the day and loving every minute of it.
So, so relieved and happy!
Sigh…Thank goodness!
Thank the Lord! What great news!
I was so happy when I saw the news. Happy, happy day.
Whew!!!
Soooo happy and relieved. I would check several times a day to see if there was any news. Thank goodness!
What happy news! I am so glad he was found and is safely home!
Oh, thank doG!! I lost Gracie once for about 30 min and spent the entire time in what felt like full cardiac arrest! She had roamed down to the neighbors to say hi & was just hanging out on their porch, sitting with them. They didn’t even know she was missing. I got the classic “hi Mom!” wag & woof when I walked up. Grrrr!
Welcome home Finn!!
Fantastic news! I saw that park on the map, and thought, Coyote. So glad to be wrong.
FABULOUS news!!!
