Holmes has been coming to the office quite frequently. He loves being here because he thinks he has his very own loveseat. Since most of my clients are in jail, the couch isn’t much in demand anyway. It’s so nice to look over and see all those cute freckles.

The mortgage payment is due the first of the month – blech! However this month, the Cardi Claus package is also due to be mailed by the first of the month. I need to check email from Cardi Claus to see where this box is headed. I’m sure it’s going to a Cardigan household . . . hmmm. Who could it be?

I am past sixty-five and still practicing law. I have two terrific sons, they have lovely wives, and I have one truly special granddaughter. At home are three Cardigan Welsh Corgis that amuse and challenge me. We participate in lots of dog-related activities. I love my camera, writing, and roaming.
