  1. Great Raffle Prize for National Specialty Trophy Donors

    January 11, 2013 by myeye

Kevin McCombs has generously contributed an 11″ x 14″ custom stained glass piece for the National Specialty.  It will be framed and have a wrought iron stand.  It is valued at more than $200.  Everyone who contributes (contributed) to this year’s trophy fund or who sponsors specific trophies will have his/her name placed into a drawing for one of these.  Kevin will work from a photo of the winner’s dog.  I think this is a wonderful prize and hope it will spur you to sponsor at least one trophy.  Conformation trophy pledges may be made with Ingrid Greig and Herding, Obedience, Rally, Agility, and Junior Showmanship trophies may be pledged on-line or by contacting me.  The drawing will be held at the Annual meeting on April 4, 2013 in Tucson!

I hope that whether you are a member of the Cardigan Welsh Corgi Club of America or not, you will consider sponsoring at least one trophy this year — the stained glass piece might be yours, and you are supporting our wonderful breed!

  2. BFF Wrestling Match

    January 6, 2013 by myeye

This is how Dory and Nola spend a good part of each day.  Notice Inca aka “the Fun Police” in the back.  She mutters about the “darned kids”.  I am so glad they get along.  Maybe Dory will let Nola help raise her litter.  NOTE: I was on the phone with Cheryl while taping — PLEASE turn the sound off!

  3. Wanna Take Your Car Here?

If my car needs breaking, I think I can handle that myself!

This little shop is down the road from my house.  I chuckle every time I drive by.

  4. Catching Up On Assignments

    January 2, 2013 by myeye

As everyone has probably figured out by now, I am always playing catch-up.  One of the chores that I needed to finish this month was getting CWCCA Handbook ads off to the coordinator.  I prepared pages for Chase, Lowri and Holmes.  Perhaps you will see their pages on Susan’s and Anne’s blogs.  Here is the ad page I prepared for the Chaseman.

I’m so proud of all he has accomplished, but most of all, I’m glad he lets me share my bed with him.
